Private coaching is an educational consultation and does not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
Clients are responsible for decisions and actions resulting from coaching sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyFast is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of income, opportunity, or academic outcomes
- Decisions made based on course materials
- Business or reputational losses
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
StudyFast may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Sharing login credentials
- Distributing course materials
- Refund abuse or fraud
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Internet outages
- Natural disasters
- Illness
- Government restrictions
These Terms are governed by England and Wales law.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

- Coaching is not therapy or psychological treatment.
- Users are fully responsible for implementing techniques and achieving results.
- Techniques do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or neurological conditions.
StudyFast offers a 12-month satisfaction guarantee for eligible courses.
- Refund requests must be sent to jordan@studyfast.uk.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method; course access may be revoked.
Refunds may be declined for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated refund abuse
- Unauthorized sharing of materials
- Chargeback abuse
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.
